This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy) applies to all information that EXPATSERVICE Limited Liability Company and its subsidiaries and affiliates (hereinafter referred to as "Mission Relocations", or MR) may receive about the Client, including, but not limited to: while using the website www.missionrelo.ru, social networks, implementing programs, products and services of MR.

1.1. The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:

"Mission Relocations Client" (hereinafter referred to as the Client) is a person who has access to the Site www.missionrelo.ru (hereinafter referred to as the Site), via the Internet and using the Site and / or sent a request for the provision of data on MR products via the Internet, including social networks, and / or by contacting the MR office directly.

1.1.6. "Cookies" - a small piece of data sent by the web server and stored on the user's computer, which the web client or web browser sends to the web server each time in an HTTP request when trying to open the page of the corresponding site.

1.1.7. "IP address" - a unique network address of a node in a computer network built over IP.

2.1. Using the Site by the Client and / or sending a request for the provision of data on MR products via the Internet, including social networks, means acceptance of this Privacy Policy and the conditions for processing the Client's personal data.

2.2. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the Client must stop using the Site, refuse to send a request for the provision of data on MR products via the Internet, including social networks.

2.3. This Privacy Policy applies only to the Mission Relocations website and to social networks in which the Administration has created MR accounts. MR does not control and is not responsible for third-party sites to which the Client can click on the links available on the Site and / or on the pages of social networks.

2.4. The administration does not verify the accuracy of the personal data provided by the Clients of the Site.

3.1. This Privacy Policy establishes the Administration's obligations for non-disclosure and ensuring the regime for protecting the confidentiality of personal data that the Client provides at the request of the Administration when registering on the Site or when applying for services and products of the specified company, including, but not limited to, by placing the request in social networks.

3.3. MR, within the limits established by the legislation of the Russian Federation, provides protection for data that is automatically transmitted when viewing ad units and when visiting pages on which the system's statistical script is installed ("pixel"):

• information about the browser (or other program that provides access to the display of advertising);
• access time;
• address of the page on which the ad unit is located;
• referrer (address of the previous page).

3.3.1. Disabling cookies may result in the inability to access parts of the MR site that require authorization.

3.3.2. MR has the right to collect statistics about the IP addresses of its visitors. This information is used to identify and solve technical problems.

5.1. The processing of the Client's personal data is carried out without any time limit, by any legal means, including in personal data information systems using automation tools or without using such tools.

5.2. The User agrees that the Administration has the right to transfer personal data to third parties solely for the purpose of fulfilling the Client's application, executed on the Site in the relevant sections and / or on social networks where the Administration has created MR accounts.

5.3. The Client's personal data may be transferred to authorized bodies of state power of the Russian Federation only on the grounds and in the manner established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

5.4. In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Administration informs the User about the loss or disclosure of personal data.

5.5. The Administration takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the Client's personal information from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties.

5.6. The Administration together with the Client takes all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the Client's personal data.

6.1. Customer is required to:

6.1.1. Provide information on personal data necessary to use the Site and / or post a request on social networks where the Administration has created MR accounts.

6.1.2. Update the provided information about personal data in case of change of this information.

6.2. Administration is obliged to:

6.2.1. Use the information received solely for the purposes specified in paragraph 4 of this Privacy Policy.

6.2.2. Ensure that confidential information is kept confidential, not disclosed without the prior written permission of the Client, and also not to sell, exchange, publish, or disclose in any other possible way the transferred personal data of the Client, with the exception of clauses 5.2. and 5.3. of this Privacy Policy.

6.2.3. Take precautions to protect the confidentiality of the Client's personal data in accordance with the procedure usually used to protect this kind of information in existing business transactions.

6.2.4. 7.1. 7.2. In case of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, MR is not liable if this confidential information:

7.2.3. was disclosed with the consent of the Client.

8.1. Before applying to the court with a claim for disputes arising from the relationship between the Client and MR, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal for the voluntary settlement of the dispute).

8.2. The recipient of the claim, within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim, shall notify the claimant in writing of the results of the consideration of the claim.

8.3. If the agreement is not reached, the dispute will be referred to the judicial authority in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

8.4. The current legislation of the Russian Federation applies to this Privacy Policy and the relationship between the Client and MR.

9.1. The administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the consent of the Client.

9.2. The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the MR Website, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
